An uilos embodied she seemed, young and yet not so, with the braids of her hair dark as midnight, and her eyes blazing with knowledge. Soft was her voice and gentle she walked, with the grace of the First-born.

BIOGRAPHY
Lothrin, a nador of avarin and telerin heritage, born sometime at the beginning of the Second Age, hails from the untroubled forest of Lindórinand (Lothlórien's name pre-Galadriel) Trained as a scholar as much as a warrior, the elf-maid was never content with the life she led there, finding it unchanging and uneventful. After leaving her home, at a short time before the destruction of Eregion, the nandor maid first immigrated to Imladris (which she helped build), then Lindon.
Being a moriquende in a calaquendi environment never stopped her from furthering her scholarly and military aspirations. Part at first from Gil-galad's troupes, at the Battle of Dagorlad she deserted his ranks and rejoined her people in the troupes sent by lord Amdir. The war left her scathed, thus the elf-maid sought refuge in the tranquil lands of the north.
Falling in love with the lands of Evendim and Lake Nenuial, Lothrin pledged her support and military knowledge to the kings of Arnor. Frequently helped by several of her kindred from Lindon and Imladris, the nandor elf ensured the presence of the eldar was highly felt at the Arnorian court. Her allegiance to the land and its people never faded, as she remained by their side even after the destruction of Arthedain, Cardolan and Rhudaur.
Earning the title of "Uialwen - The lady of Twilight", Lothrin has been an esteemed figure through the various lords and ladies of men and elves, for her vastly domained knowledge and dedication to the northern lands.
